The Mobi-EVS Series is known for its portability and ease of use. Powered by a 12-volt DC power unit, these systems eliminate the need for extension cords or air lines. The durable UHMW polyethylene tabletop protects against wear and tear, provides insulation, and reduces friction, making it easier for technicians to move heavy components.
The new Mobi-EVS models feature several enhancements, including a lower center of gravity, redesigned base frame and scissor assemblies, increased use of high-tensile steel, and improved tilt-deck table adjustability. These enhancements contribute to greater stability and ease of use.
To improve efficiency, the EVS4500 and EVS3000 offer fore and aft storage bin options in addition to the full-length utility trays on both sides. This allows technicians to keep tools and adapters organized and easily accessible.
The new models also provide enhanced mobility. The all-new, full-width, U-shaped push/pull handle offers better control when moving the lift, and the upgraded swivel casters allow for effortless maneuverability.
The Mobi-EVS Series is operated using a pendant controller. With a simple press of a button, the lift platform rises to over 6 feet in just 18 seconds. The Multi-Point Safety Lock system ensures secure operation, and multiple anchoring locations on the platform accommodate various fixtures and adapters.
The Mobi-EVS4500, with a rated lift capacity of 4,500 pounds, is suitable for servicing a wide range of EVs, from cars to commercial trucks. The Mobi-EVS3000 offers a lift capacity of 3,000 pounds.
